CACT · César Manrique

Most of the island's major sights were designed by César Manrique and are run by the island council through the CACT. Buy tickets on their official website.

The guided experiences are hard to find on their site: this link goes straight there.

Experiences

Experiences we recommend

Wine, sea, volcanoes, waves and culture: six ways to enjoy Lanzarote beyond the beach.

Sea

Diving at Playa Chica

The perfect place for your first dive or to polish your open-water technique. Ideal conditions and underwater landscapes that are true ecological treasures, two minutes from our Puerto del Carmen apartments.

Nature

Timanfaya on a guided walk

Besides the Volcano Route by coach, the National Park runs guided walks through areas you can't visit on your own. Places are limited: book ahead on the official website.

Sea

Papagayo from the sea

The Papagayo coves are even better seen from the water: golden sand, cliffs and turquoise sea with Lobos and Fuerteventura opposite.

Waves

Surfing in Famara

Famara is one of Europe's surfing heartlands, with waves almost all year. Whether it's your first lesson or you want to improve, these are schools we trust.

Culture

Concert calendar

Upcoming concerts on the island, month by month. We update it every month with the programmes of the island council, the Tourist Centres and other series.
